Jenn started this career path with her rental property business and her Airbnbs. After remodeling several properties for over 15 years, she became really well versed in renovations. She also owned a furniture restoration business and was in clients homes all the time. They started asking her opinions more and more regarding their interiors, which led to her going full time and starting her own interior design business. 

Jenn owned her own Interior Design business for 6 years, as well as a furniture restoration business. She has experience in Property Owner/Management for 15 years in Historic Old Louisville, and is the owner of 3 Airbnbs in Old Louisville. 

Jenn is really good at choosing the right color! Having conducted color consults for clients for years, choosing the right tones for a space is key, making sure all elements in the room talk to each other and coordinate perfectly! She tends to gravitate to warm, earthy colors and tones. She loves rustic, farmhouse vibes but also can do clean, beachy vibes as well. She is eclectic in her style and can adapt to most types of design, a trait which helps her be successful in her career. She’s excited about anything motorized. It’s the new trend everyone is loving, including herself! 

Jenn loves collaborating with her clients and making their vision come to life, and adding her artistic spin on their projects. Jenn loves getting to meet so many new people in the area, and has become good friends with some of her clients! Current trends and travel always inspire her, as well as nature. Seeing the finished product is always so rewarding. 

Outside of work, her interests are yoga, hiking, anything outdoors really, listening to live music, and traveling. Jenn’s favorite way to spend a weekend is dinner and drinks with friends, traveling, yoga, the gym, and seeing her kids as much as possible! She loves reading, watching movies, and listening to music, but believes the book is always better than the movie! She’s always wanted to try playing a musical instrument—guitar or drums

The best piece of advice she’s ever received is that if it disturbs your peace, it’s too expensive. She is passionate about living her life to the fullest with zero regret. She has learned too many times that life is precious and short, leading her to live each day as if it’s her last! The accomplishment Jenn is most proud of is raising two beautiful children who are now amazing adult human beings. She may be biased, but they really are.
